The restaurant was nice and cozy with a good alpine vibe. The owner of the restaurant was really friendly and hardworking, he tried his best speaking english, which was grealy appreciated. We had one pizza and one burger we enjoyed both of them. If you are looking for some place to eat in Risoul I can recommend this place.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. Although most of us had a pizza or meat, the raclette and cheese fondue were well prepared and tasty. A reservation for a group of 13 persons were no problem. At the end we had a nice shot with the owner.
Amazing service, very friendly staff and food was relatively cheap but still very good! We went here many times during our stay. I recommend the burger and the lasagne. Plate of the day is also always good.

During our stay in Risoul this was by far the best restaurant, not only the food was excellent but also the staff was very friendly and helpful (which seemed to be not so standard in the other restaurants). We loved it!

Le plat du jour est excellent, bon rapport qualité/prix, jolie salle décorée avec goût. Pizzas excellentes. Service impeccable, en particulier Max, chaleureux, attentionné et efficace. Nous sommes revenus deux fois. On vous souhaite une bonne saison. ;)

Des serveurs efficaces, vu prendre 5 commandes de tête plusieurs fois… toute notre semaine à Risoul fut à l’Edelweiss pour les transats en mode apéros les midis ou le dernier jour à table pour terminer la semaine de folie. Les menus enfants sont une dinguerie et les pintes de bières fort appréciables au soleil ! Une bien belle adresse face à une concurrence forte sur le front de neige, à ne pas louper 👌🏻

Efficient servers, seen taking 5 orders off the top of their heads several times... our entire week in Risoul was spent at the Edelweiss for the deckchairs in aperitif mode at lunchtime or on the last day at the table to end the crazy week. The children's menus are amazing and the pints of beer are very enjoyable in the sun! A great place facing strong competition on the snow front, not to be missed 👌🏻

Nous nous sommes rendu dans cette brasserie pour le goûter et agréablement surpris. Le serveur m’a proposé une glace qui n’était pas sur la carte mais dont j’avais décrit les ingrédients. Très agréable et très rapide

Accueil superbement chaleureux sur notre temps de midi, au point que nous avons décider de manger, au même endroit, le soir même. Décision que nous ne regrettons pas, très bon rapport qualité prix et un service de qualité supérieure par rapport aux expériences restauratrices auxquelles nous avons été confrontées sur la station. Je recommande amplement !

We received a superbly warm welcome at lunchtime, so much so that we decided to eat at the same place that same evening. We don't regret a decision; it's very good value for money and the service is superior to any other restaurant experience we've had in the resort. I highly recommend it!
